【About Applications and Payment】
・This product is sold via a lottery. You must pay the total order amount, including the product price and shipping fees, at the time of application.
・Completing your order and payment does not guarantee that you will be selected in the lottery.
・Applications are limited to one per person. Please refrain from submitting multiple applications, regardless of color or size. If you submit multiple applications, we will cancel them.
・We cannot accept cancellations or changes to color or size after the application is complete due to customer circumstances. Please carefully review your order details before applying.
・Please note that we cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding the lottery results.
[For Winners]
We will notify you of your selection and proceed to ship your items in order. No additional payment is required.
[For Those Not Selected]
After notifying you that you were not selected, we will cancel your order and process a full refund of the payment amount, including shipping costs.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account varies depending on your payment method and credit card issuer. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear even after the process is complete.
【Shipping Schedule】
We will begin shipping sequentially on or after Friday, November 20.
Please note that delivery may take some time.
【Returns and Exchanges】
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
If the product is defective or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly upon receipt of the product.
